About GAPICT
Is GAPICT an authorised test centre?
Not yet. GAPICT is a new centre in Lahore. We have contacted test providers about becoming an authorised centre, and none has approved us so far. We will only describe ourselves as authorised for a test once the provider confirms it in writing, and each test page will show its status.
Can I book a test with GAPICT today?
Not for exams. Exam seats are booked and paid on the test owner's own system, which each test page links to. You can book a free advice call or a free registration help session with us, and register your interest so we can contact you if your test becomes available at our centre.
Where is the centre?
The centre will be in Lahore. We will publish the full address, directions and opening hours here before we open.
Which tests will you offer first?
That depends on which providers approve our centre, and when. We will announce each test on this site as soon as it is confirmed.
Does GAPICT sell test seats or take payments?
No. We do not sell test seats or vouchers and we do not take any payments at present. Be careful of anyone offering guaranteed seats, scores or certificates. Book only through the test owner's official website, and report anyone using our name to ask for money.
Can I contact you in Urdu?
Yes. You can write to us in English or Urdu. An Urdu summary of the site is available, and we plan to translate more pages.
Booking, fees and results
Who sets test fees?
Test owners set their own fees. Where we show a fee, it comes from the owner's official page, with the date we checked it and a link to the source. Fees change, so always confirm the price when you book.
Who issues my results?
Results always come from the test owner, not from the test centre. Each test page explains how and when results are released.
What ID will I need on test day?
Most international tests taken in Pakistan require a valid passport, and some accept other ID. The name on your ID must match your booking exactly. Each test page lists the official ID rule, and you should check it again when you book.
Can I get special arrangements, such as extra time?
Accommodations are approved by the test owner, usually well before test day. Apply through the owner's official process and tell us your needs in advance so we can prepare.
Exam day
What happens when I arrive?
Typically you check in, show your ID, have your photo taken and store your belongings in a locker. Staff then seat you at your workstation. The exact steps are set by each test owner and are explained in your booking confirmation.
What can I take into the test room?
Usually only your ID. Phones, watches, bags, notes and food are not allowed in the room. Each test owner publishes its own rules, and we follow them strictly to keep every result fair.
What if there is a power cut or internet outage?
We are planning backup power and a second internet connection for the centre. If a test is still interrupted, we follow the test owner's procedure, which may include resuming or rescheduling your test at no cost to you, depending on the owner's policy.
