Gap Information and Communication Technologies (“GAPICT”, “we”) runs this website and is responsible for the personal information described here.

What we collect

• Information you type into our enquiry form: your name, email, and optionally your phone number, the test you are interested in, your preferred timing and your message.
• Anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, device type, country) through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you personally.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to understand which tests candidates in Lahore need. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website.
• Our email delivery provider sends your enquiry to our inbox.

These providers may process data outside Pakistan. We choose providers that protect data to recognised international standards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time using our contact form.

Exam data

When you book and sit a test, the test owner and its delivery network control your registration, identity and result data under their own privacy policies. We handle that data only as they instruct.
