Our commitments
What we are putting in place
Our centre plan follows the published requirements of the major delivery networks, including room layout, hardware, connectivity and staffing.
- A permanently enclosed test room with spaced or partitioned desktop workstations
- Separate check-in with ID, photo and signature capture, and lockable candidate storage
- CCTV covering the test room and administration area, with secure retention
- Online UPS on every workstation and network device, plus generator or solar backup
- Two internet links from different carriers, with wired networking throughout
- Trained and certified administrators and invigilators, following each owner's procedures exactly
- Business email on our own domain for every nominated contact
- No marketing of any exam as 'authorised' until written approval is received
